The ALJ order is not final until the Board of Commissioners finalizes it! Need me to paste up the final paragraph of Foelak's ruling?? OK. Fine!

https://www.sec.gov/files/alj/aljdec/2019/id1389cff.pdf

See the last paragraph - Page 8!

The Initial Decision will not become final until the Commission enters an order of finality. The Commission will enter an order of finality unless a party files a petition for review or a motion to correct a manifest error of fact or the Commission determines on its own initiative to review the Initial Decision as to a party. If any of these events occur, the Initial Decision shall not become final as to that party.

Foelak's ruling had ZERO STANDING in the eyes of the SEC! It NEVER TOOK EFFECT and the ONLY impact it had was to cause the Board to grant a review the case!

Her decision is NOT any TYPE of "final order"!! It was never finalized.

It's right there you ninny!

If any of these events occur, the Initial Decision shall not become
final as to that party.

Do you think DBMM will get through 2024 before they have to file bankruptcy? Thoughts on just when the inevitable BK will take place given the fact DBMM is unable to produce enough revenue to sustain its existence? The best thing Linda could do is file for bankruptcy protection and shut this shut this shit show down for good. She needs to close up this circus before she is living in a van down by the river.
