Nope. Without couple of hundred million in non dilutive cash, the company ain’t going anywhere. The market makers wont give up and the management (as well as loyal supporters) must stop playing victim card and focus on relentless execution.

You should rather ask LP and LG to not sell C shares at a discount and such depressed value. It seems they are unable to articulate the value to investors as your BP friends have done to you!

The move also removes any potential weakness potentially, that a suiter may have had concerns with, or tried to use, as a sticking point to leverage in negotiations. Also, what biotech company wouldn't love trials run on someone else's time? It's bizarre not to see that as a glaring home run. Absolutely, trials run upwards of a $billion plus through phases 1 thru 3. All these milestones continue to build huge value, which any suiter, or potential Partner would be paying for. "There's no free ride as they say."
