A couple millions dollars is their entire market cap though. I am surprised their market cap is this high given their financial status. It would be hard to believe a BP would invest a couple hundred million given their history. But yes they need $$ but even with that I find it doubtful they can even execute in any fashion given their past history. What are they even good at to even warrant a BP investment? Playing victim and externalizing blame is what they excel at....also building ceo owned cdmos and diluting daily. That is a story that isn't going to end well.
