Allowing your assertions for the moment for the sake of argument, there won't be any "ramifications." Content moderation on a privately owned platform is a 1st Amendment protected activity. It is also immunized from liability and lawsuit by 47 U.S. § 230.

Just a few more months til POTUS47 will be more than happy to fix the weaponized courts we have and lawyers and judges taking up these matters.

Whoever 47 turns out to be, it will take ratification by 38 states to amend the aforementioned Amendment 1 to the U.S. Constitution, and Congress to amend 47 U.S.C. § 230. Interestingly, both Trump and Biden explored Executive powers with respect to Section 230 and learned that they had none.

I already have the London Office of Quinn Emmanuel ready to find out just what is going on here...
