Thanks for the explanation.The rules have changed so dramatically in the last 10 years, it's actually hard to stay current. Sadly, even if we were current on SEC regs, it wouldn't matter because so few trading platforms follow the rules. Market operations are so "Upside Down" , governed by the manipulative practices of Citadel and the rest of the defendants AND no one seems to care. Maybe I'm wrong, but looking at the SEC, I can't find one, single "Tin Soldier" that's willing to take on the Bad Guys!!! I did notice the notable light share count as institutions. I wouldn't expect my own holdings, as retail, to dwarf their top holder. But I do expect that will flip on its head, when we least expect it. IMHO.

Sentinus was the largest holder with 2.5M shares until May 2024, when they closed their entire position.

Doesn't seem great.

Some individuals have been buying that many shares in a two year price down window.
When the price is stupid cheap it is incredibly stupid not to load a ship load and get more ships to load more. As Warren says the price does not determine the future value of the investment.
Early Microsoft shareholders employees who took options for compensation resulted in many multimillionaires minted.
Of you my friends, long term shareholders, men and women of incredibly good character, you are the class of future Philanthropists. What the NWBO Saga will do is place a tremendous amount of liquid assets in a group of people most likely use those assets to do good in the world.
