Thanks for the explanation.The rules have changed so dramatically in the last 10 years, it's actually hard to stay current. Sadly, even if we were current on SEC regs, it wouldn't matter because so few trading platforms follow the rules. Market operations are so "Upside Down" , governed by the manipulative practices of Citadel and the rest of the defendants AND no one seems to care. Maybe I'm wrong, but looking at the SEC, I can't find one, single "Tin Soldier" that's willing to take on the Bad Guys!!!
