What are you talking about pumper? SIO will file their own holdings as of Q3 close.

So tell me one institution that buys stock for their clients and lists SIO as the shareholder or any shareholder for that matter?

I get your point but if you look at the list, the top institutional holding is only 424,000 shares. The rest are miniscule amount. SIO Capital Management is a institutional investor and will show in the list if they are holding shares. Okay, to your point assuming its holdings is represented by another institution, even the top holder is only showing 424,000 shares as of June 2024 but I doubt that's SIO's. GL
