My thinking is once they (NWBO) have all the costs relating to manufacturing and installation they should be in good position to establish costs and submit to NICE a billing table.
NICE does not care about what it costs NWBO to manufacture the drug. They are negotiating a price they pay based on patient benefit.
NICE has no reason to even know if NWBO is Eden is being used. MHRA does, but that for a different reason.
My guess they are days away from submitting paperwork to NICE
They have not even hired consultants to start the process yet. They need to create a model showing both how patents will benefit and what the net costs to the NHS system is. Try reading some, they are quite massive and technical. Not something put together in a few weeks.
