NWBO will probably have to utilize the artisan manufacturing
method for many months before the EDEN methodology is ready
and therefore an agreement with NICE is imperative for setting
the price for those manually produced vaccines.

My thinking is once they (NWBO) have all the costs relating to manufacturing and installation they should be in good position to establish costs and submit to NICE a billing table. My guess they are days away from submitting paperwork to NICE. If approval comes before the automation is up and running, I believe the company we charge the lower rate. Which is the right thing to do. The company will not be submitting two different reimbursement methods...It will be just one since the time difference from approval to Suite C's readiness is not that far apart.
