As I said. Swing traders. Here you are swinging it up and down and you’re on your tear it down binge. This has very little to do with approval, the ups and downs and the value of such a treatment. I did not say it prevents the volatile swings. This is why traders focus on stocks like this one, because they can be volatile and they can herd retail, which is basically what you and a few others do apparently, professionally.

Twice as many shares outstanding now as there were a mere 4 years ago

There were 350M warrants outstanding at the end of 2019. Most were converted in the intervening years. Correct me if I'm wrong but I think you are comparing shares outstanding excluding the outstanding warrants vs shares outstanding including the converted warrants. If I am right, that is a simplistic and very misleading statement. The warrant dilution already existed 4 years ago, it just wasn't counted in 'outstanding shares' until they were converted. Real dilution was far less than 100%!

Dilution is ongoing and increases with a low pps, no argument with that. But there is no call for distorting some 10% (not intented as exact) per year to 25%. The massive dilution took place when they were financing at .20 or less with 100% warrant coverage. At least they have not had to give away warrants for some years now. That makes a huge difference especially as the price is this low.

and bio , like everybody "of us" is aware of this (sorry necessary) dilution. much worse because depressed shareprice by "dark forces)
I think NOW the price erosion is mainly because this selling of shares by the company.

BUT HERE IT COMES . . . . . (something you al know, but sometimes not aware of it)

the good thing is:
despite 6 times more shares, we have a multiple of areas, cancers, deceases since we started for revenue.

just to remind you (well , after my words so far not really necessary)

just a few "steps"
started with GBMn ( when we started investing a huge market FOR ONE COMPANY ! ! ! with the only solution / practically no competition)
(and DCVax-D in the back)
then GBMr
then multiple of cancers
then (maybe) other deceases, virus, bacterias . . . . . .

10-20 times revenue potential for NWBO - this compensate the many shares )*
