Twice as many shares outstanding now as there were a mere 4 years ago, right before data lock.

The abysmal performance over the past 4 years means that a 5 billion dollar valuation in 2020 would require a 10 billion dollar valuation to get you the same return now - HALF the return for your investment. The inability to support price has everything to do with long term valuation.
