The JV contract is with XTI and has NOTHING to do with the AUCTUS appeal! Not only that, but XERI's argument is that the entire AUCTUS agreement is NULL & VOID due to the fact that AUCTUS was acting illegally as an unregistered broker -- and the courts have previously voided similar contracts by unregistered brokers. Your post just revealed how little you understand about either of the two lawsuits!
