Your right it's the AUCTUS contract that has contractual jurisdiction. MY TYPO (LOLOL) Now address the PERSONNEL JURISDICTION PROBLEM THAT THE AUCTUS APPEAL WILL HAVE. The APPEAL does not retry the case. ADDRESS THAT FACT WHILE YOU'RE AT IT.

It is your STALL & DISTRACT tactics that are on full display. Or I'm wasting my time trying to FIX STUPID. The Appellate Courts DO NOT RETRY the case. PERIOD. All that BS in the BS article you talk about will NEVER make a difference since the AUCTUS note had a CONTRACTUAL Jurisdiction Clause which you have NO BS that can DEFEND from all the links I have posted. The original case was dismissed on jurisdiction which followed the JURISDICTION CLAUSE. I guess not even AI can help you. LOLOLOLOL
