Why do you think that the DEFAULT clause was about??? It specified the MERGER had to take place. Duffy couldn't even get the $10 mil together let alone $100 mil. There was never anything mentioned about the Auctus loan and the JV. The JV was part of the merger. Look at the date of this article. Since you like articles SO MUCH. It's BEFORE the $6 MIL AUCTUS LOAN.
You might say the merger was PENDING the completion $10 mil funding of the JV. Wouldn't that have been the 10% down for the $100 mil merger. LOLOLOL
