WRONG, WRONG, WRONG! The Auctus loan was for the JV (not the merger) and XERI had the OPTION of investing up to $10 million at a $100 million valuation. It was never a requirement! XTI didn't allow XERI to complete the merger, it wasn't XERI's fault -- and when they did, they left XERI holding the bag for the AUCTUS loan. But why let the facts get in the way of a conspiracy theory?
