Settlement is a DONE DEAL between ABB and INRA, this was handled out of court... that is why the court case was dropped and the judge approved the settlement.

ABB had NET PROFITS of $430M last quarter alone, I think they have the cash! LOL!

The document was a settlement signed by all parties. It wasn't a judgement. Settlements are mutually agreed upon.
