a giant like ABB will almost definitely have insisted as part of the settlement agreement that they NOT be found guilty of any transgressions as this is the nom de course in cases like this with industry giants that care much more about the PR effect than the cash amount.
reasonable to expect that the details of the agreement will be sparse and not beyond speculation that inra will only be allowed to PR a small window if at all..bottom line to the plus side is the cash infusion (cornell payoff) which is anyone's guess at this time.
