Without reading back i don't understand why you say he is a dissenter.

I thought he was just saying it like he saw it, and haven't read any disputing what he has said, though
take your point his position on the complaints is likely disputed. Assuming you are talking about Pryor.

And again without reading back, i would have thought those calling for Cannon's
withdrawal would have been the ones who brought up the issue.

Could we PLEASE not confuse this issue further?? Yesterday's news was unusual, but not complicated. It was revealed--by an unidentified source--that many months ago, two of the judges on the Eleventh Circuit Appellate Court took Cannon aside and suggested, presumably because it was a complex case, and she was very new to the bench, that she decline to take it, and ask that it be assigned to someone else.

That is ALL we know.
