Ask him about naked shorts...the purchasers has voting rights too...and if huge naked shorting happens AND if all shareholders vote all of their shares then the vote tally will exceed the outstanding share count and thus you can obtain a picture of the abuse.

I hope this comes out when we see the vote tally.
