So you think that Gary R. from the Star sent the piece to Petar BEFORE it hit the streets? That does not generally happen though does it?

My take was that it's a small enough world that news of his article came to him that evening...late...around 9 P.M I beleive I was told. Does it generally happen? I dunno...I spose with the firestorm of attention that was swirling around the stock and the posting of their financials on their web site, it'd stand to reason that someone would have given him a heads up of the libel that he was going to hit with.

So with all the time that they had them "in hand" they did not figure out till after the deadline that they could not be released? Why did Petar not advise of the issue all along then?

He addressed the issue at the end of the day. Wrote a damn nice comeback I thought. I'd have been a little more swarmy and caustic, so I'll give him credit for not exceeding anybodys sense of decorum.

He was set to go with what they did have. Legal counsel suggested that he hold off until such time as they were not subject to attack. Edgar filing means everything when your stock had that many naked shorts glued to it. And if it's not ready to be Edgarized then it's going to ripped to shreds by professional teams of posters employed by market makers to hide the criminal manipulation they engaged in, covering the tens of millions of shorts sold in the days leading up to that morning.

If the in-house numbers were accurate, then who came up with the inaccurate pro-formas? Pro-formas are predicated with in-house accounting figures you know.

Probably that Leo dude that was mentioned last night. He was canned a week before the end of the year. It was an oversight, not a desire to deceive anybody, that the numbers on the Pro-formas were inaccurate.

What numbers are those? I think that's all anyone has been interested in.

They're out there. Do your homework. They stated profits, if I remember right... in excess of 15 million dollars year ending May 31st.

Imagine how fantastic they'll be when they're inclusive through the end of the year.

When those are known, will I still find you here online, or will you busy enagaged trying to buy the shiznits outta it?

Long and strong 11 million shares to the Nasdaq!

Tipped or not?

This is the excerpt from the PR relearsed at 12:26 PM on 11/16/06:

Finally, we released information recently regarding our audited financials and their availability to the public viewing. We missed the deadline... due in part to the necessity of handling negative accusations such as the one I speak to now. As soon as is practicably foreseeable, we will release the financial documents for all to see, as promised. For we have nothing to hide, as always. And we have no desire to hide "all of that nothing."

Can't remember but I think there was some discussion about meeting with lawyers very very early on that the morning.
