Yes, I agree. It’s a vote no for me. It’s just when I look at the numbers they are so enormous.

I know Linda is very knowledgeable and very valuable and has indeed saved the company but she does make $1 million a year and that’s a lot of money; but you look at these option warrants and I added them all up and it was something like 150 million shares or about 10% of the company. Doesn’t look like as much at these price levels but if we get any appreciation literally it’s $1 billion stock option award. Kind of like Musk.

So in the end, I think that’s a little much quite a little too much. I did like that. There was a price on them that they weren’t free. I just don’t like how many they’re getting. I think they’re do some however it’s just who decided that it was this enormous number?

Unsure on what they will be delivering on. We will not have MHRA decision by then. Maybe defense's MTD will be dismissed which should have zero bearing on mgmt compensation. If it were up to them they would have pushed the ASM until Q3/Q4 but I suspect they felt pressured to schedule sooner. We will get the same speech that they are working very very hard to get this to the finish line and then cherry pick 1 or 2 cream puff questions and simply adjourn. Anyone getting their hopes up is setting themselves up for disappointment.

I do believe the stock has been rampantly shorted so everyone should keep in mind that just because you receive a proxy, it does not mean your votes will get counted. Otherwise we would see voting tallies soaring above outstanding share counts. Nonetheless I will still vote no across board save for the accounting firm.

I am also leaning towards voting against the options. While management made a compelling case in 14A for their many accomplishments, we need to see substantial progress this year on partnership deal to launch new trials. I want to see BP take non dilutive position in the company and provide us resources to help get this product to as many cancer patients as possible.

It's true that with Les and Linda working so hard things take longer while we wouldn't be where we are today without their leadership. Yet it simply undeniable that we need more resources to get this product on the market. I feel we could end up seeing news before the ASM which may change my mind though it's hard for me to vote yes on this matter, yet again, when our share price sits near all time lows.

Put the C shares to good use! We know the majority remain unsold.
