Amit Tauman, who'd been with the company in early 2022, became CEO at the end of November 2022. I imagine Amit Tasman is related to Yair Tauman

Yair Tauman requested that board member and is related...that request was made in Feb 2022 by Yair after Clem's gutting. Amit is the son of Yair

The AIM-traded firm had announced on 14 February that Tauman had requested a general meeting under the Companies Act, to remove chief executive officer Clem Chambers from the board.

Tauman also proposed Anthony Wollenberg, Amit Tauman and Lord David Gold be appointed as directors.

ADVFN said at the time that it had requested information from Tauman about the people he was proposing as directors.

Regarding IHUB and ADVFN. The primary point of discussion was the downfall of Investors Hub regarding the possible takeover and board change. I will try to find it...because it went into full detail regarding IHUB. It was the primary reason for change. Probably due to twitter / Facebook / Reddit ...et al. Changing technology.
