I have no idea.
What I know is the company showed a weak cash position on the last 10k.
The hedge funds/market makers know how to interpret it.
Since the market is a leading indicator, it seems the stock found a floor today.
My view is they may found capital at the same time they announced the new board member.
If it’s the case, the stock crash could be over and a nice rebound will take place.
