Well, maybe then we hear of it tomorrow since it would need to be disclosed if it happen with the advent of new board member.

The board member was announced 3 biz days ago, so if capital was raised then (say by Friday) ) we could hear of it tomorrow.

Perhaps him being placed on the board was a prerequisite for the deal!

But then again, we heard that when Linda Liau was brought on board.
