Generally, i like your thinking on this, even if some of your prognostication does not come to pass.
As for a retailer buying now, if they know for certain that tomorrow's not the day the approval will be announced, fine, wait another day. If however you don't know that an approval will come tomorrow, then you need to ask yourself is it worth the cheaper price I might be able to get to be out when it is announced.
I would think that as we move from T-58 toward T-0, I suspect there will be a continuous up trend in when buyers choose to get in - as the probabilities grow in their favor.
My guess is that the evil MM's will halt trading several times that day, and the next few days after approval to minimize the stock price increase for their shorter friends... I wish the SEC would intervene but they won't here on the OTC... on my opinion, nothing is going to help this stock price except partnership, or licensing agreements.... These are the only things management can do to get the pps to where we can uplist and get institutional buyers..... and it's the tutes that will set us free...
