Hyperopia, something I think worth questioning is if the vaccine is working well if it couldn't retain its effectiveness in smaller doses. If ten equal sized vials were initially created, but things were going very well after the first two or three, could they double up on the remaining doses, and perhaps even redouble to extend treatment much further if it's deemed to be effective.
I'm not saying I'm sure this will work, just that because the trial was done with the same sized dose it may not be necessary to maintain the benefits once they're established. I'd like to hear the thoughts of people like Dr. Liau about that.
