I monitor trading very closely and I have observed different behavior for several days: when a buyer shows up with a bid of more than 10k shares, the market makers respond by putting an ask lower than the one displayed and this with a higher quantity to the buyer. This is why the price of the stock does not rise despite the evidence that the MAA will be approved considering the results of phase III and the developments announced in the 10K. My opinion is that market makers are trying to cover their short positions while waiting for the imminent approval. The ferocity of paid bashers on this platform adds to my theory.
Speaking of Frauds, ive changed my mindset on the spoofing litigation from just that to why isn’t the biz model a classic maddoff ponzi scheme. If the below is true, assets equals securities not purchased, they could be distributing short sales proceeds entirely to their investors.
IHub got so bad with misinformation that I quit reading that stuff. A large congregation of paid shills. $NWBOhttps://t.co/vqAcB52Qja
