Sounds plausible and most likely you are correct in your thinking. I am no expert on how many short shares, naked or not, but a uplisting would weed all of it out if the true short position is as high as some think. Personally I think something big is in the works that would allow NW to uplist. I 100% believe Thermo was saying he was under a NDA, along with a few other bits of information I discovered from others not on this board or social media.
