I think the only way for a company the size of Delfin that is going to merge they will need a full control, yes, I get it 71% gives them full control but not enough if they want to sell shares to institutions, so either they have to do a reverse split 10-1 best case or whatever the deal they come to terms with legacy shareholders or combination of both. Any mergers that I have been part of whether SPAC or OTC, they have all been above 86% and not to mention the caliber of weight Delfin carries, they are essentially going to need more than 71% control. LNG even merged with above 92% control.
