I disagree. The values disclosed in 2017 and before in regards to shares may have been vague, but did state beneficial ownership breakdown by all the companies, and simply put Egan in the spotlight. Egan’s colleagues were noted to have minor stakes but I’m assuming these total values were all encompassing with the 334,899,952. I am confident that the remaining 22,074,000 are the shares that Egan AND his associates collectively own.

I think Delfin’s 70.9% ownership is still enough of a majority. If not, then I’d suspect the RS is soon to follow…it was said before (forgive me - I can’t remember by who) but an RS is still plausible especially if Delfin needs a substantial increase in % ownership.

XL - please educate me on your breakdown. I am absolutely a novice, but I’d like to learn. Can you please elaborate more so I can understand?
