71% or 80% they have majority. They have FULL control either way. Maybe it's me or maybe I'm missing something BUT if it is about selling shares or giving shares to institutions - they could easily have CITIGROUP (which is their banker) do a "Private placement" ---

This is called a private placement, and it's a method by which private companies sell their shares to pre-selected accredited investors, institutions, and other related parties -- see CHK, DVN all of them can also get shares this way too..... by them OWNING the majority that means they also control the board. Maybe I'm missing something or we are all making this more complicated than it needs to be ---- bottomline SOMETHING is going to happen - just a matter of time before we are all in New Orleans LOL
