we all know that Maxim Group, Ascendiant Capital and Sonny are playing dirty. Still it seems SEC doesn’t care and they are allowed to screw SINT shareholders over and over again

More lies coming out of ST. No one has provided any evidence for the first part of this statement (typical basher con post that depends upon assumption without being grounded in evidence).
In regards to "screwing shareholders", Sonny has given shareholders opportunity to participate in shareholder rights offerings with full ratchet anti-dilution clauses to help protect them. Also, its possible that Sintx could do another shareholder rights offering where Sonny gives his shareholders a chance to exchange their previous preferred for new ones. Thus Sonny could further protect his shareholders investments. This is why i recommend holding 100 shares of stock...to participate in shareholder rights offerings. Only took 1 share to acquire 1 unit in past offerings. So buying 100 is meant to help protect against a possible reverse splits while minimizing potential losses.

Example of what has been done in the past when the company was a private entity:

Investors participating in the February 2010 closing that purchased at least 12,500 shares of our Series E convertible preferred stock had the right to convert, on a one-for-one basis, shares of our previously issued Series A convertible preferred stock, Series B convertible preferred stock, Series C convertible preferred stock and Series D convertible preferred stock already owned by the investor into a corresponding new series of our convertible preferred stock with a more favorable conversion rate. Directors, officers and beneficial owners of more than 5% of our common stock, on an as converted basis, and their affiliates participated in this conversion right as follows:

Silicon Nitride, a Close to Ideal Ceramic Material for Medical Application

examples of their medical applications that relate to spinal, orthopedic and dental implants, bone grafts and scaffolds, platforms for intelligent synthetic neural circuits, antibacterial and antiviral particles and coatings, optical biosensors, and nano-photonic waveguides for sophisticated medical diagnostic devices are all covered in the research reviewed herein. The examples provided convincingly show that silicon nitride is destined to become a leader to replace titanium and other entrenched biomaterials in many fields of medicine.

Getting rid or divesting low growth losers is not a partial truth, that is a fact. What happened to your dental predictions versus mine? One of us understands and knows how to run a business, the other does not.

Way too hung up on them using a product in testing 8 years ago. You haven’t heard anything about that product since. The company has had 3 different CEOs since you started guaranteeing a buyout/merger between the two companies.

There are other companies involved with silicon nitride. Like I have said before, Zimmer will probably have some product on their own if they even use the material. If you honestly think the only way zimmer can use the material is through sintx when you yourself has shouted constantly about them having a guy testing and developing the material for what 6-7 years, you are missing a lot.

You are an emotional investor who can only see a path forward that would prove you right. There are points over the years I have actually said ‘well this could lead to something’ but of course only for the main man to drop the Bal.
