It is hilarious that you keep using Nvidia as an example of why Sharp should do a fake AI company. Nvidia is a established company with $59B in revenue and it is an exchange traded stock.
Sharp couldn't afford to hire a single qualified engineer - plus Sharp doesn't know anything about AI. And he has proven his incompetence at operating a successful business.

A real AI startup would have exceptionally qualified people involved and they would have private investors providing the Capital for R&D - if the company was successful they would do an IPO - they wouldn't use a Sharp shell to go public - until Sharp files a 15c2-11 there can't be any merger.
The players in AI all have Billions to fund the research - Sharp doesn't have the capital to compete in AI.
