A real AI startup would have exceptionally qualified people involved and they would have private investors providing the Capital for R&D - if the company was successful they would do an IPO - they wouldn't use a Sharp shell to go public - until Sharp files a 15c2-11 there can't be any merger.
The players in AI all have Billions to fund the research - Sharp doesn't have the capital to compete in AI.
