Ive posted this before but research Amylin and its ties to Eli Lilly. Sintx is very similar in that way but with a different company . As i said in my previous post i believe Eli used Amylin for its strategic initiatives but did so by making a trade with Bristal Myers. In 2002 Bristal Myers partnered with Imclone, Eli with Amylin. 2008 with the aid of Carl Icahn, Eli Lilly acquired Imclone outbidding Bristol Myers. Then in 2009 Icahn began removing all the Eli Lilly members of Amylin board and sold Amylin to Bristol Myer. I suspect this was all an act to cover a strategic trade Eli Lilly and Bristol Myers made to acquire the companies each other were partnered with. Thus i expect the same thing with Zimmer Biomet and Sintx, that Zimmer Biomet will use Sintx for its strategic initiatives whichever that direction that might take.

Heres where Amylin and Sintx are similar:

Amylin was co-founded by Mr. Howard Greene in 1987, who just so happened to sell a company to Eli Lilly in 1986.
Sintx was co-founded by Dr Aaron Hofmann in 1996 who was a surgeon designer for Centerpulse.
Dr. Max Link was Chairman & CEO of Centerpulse from March 2002 to October 2003 when it was sold to Zimmer Holdings, Inc. That same month Dr Link became Chairman of Sintx's board.

In 1994, two former Eli Lilly executives joined the board of Amylin, the same year it went public.
2012, Dr Sonny Bal a surgeon designer for Zimmer Holdings, Inc joined Sintx board of directors while it was still a private entity.

In 1998, one of those two former Eli Lilly executives became Chairman and CEO of Amylin.
August 2014, after Dr Link stepped down for health reasons and after Sintx went public as Amedica, February 2014, Dr Sonny Bal stepped into the role as Chairman. Then in October, Dr Bal took over as CEO as well.

It is interesting that both Amylin and Sintx were founded with ties to companies that maintained a watchful eye on development throughout their journey. For Amylin, Eli Lilly was there from the founding until 2011.

Both Joseph Cook and Dr. Bal steered their respective companies through some challenges. However by the looks of it Cook did more to put thing in order in a relative short time. Cook cut costs, just like Dr Bal and he forged ahead with development for 4 years before hitting a breakthrough. In that same time Dr Bal rebranded Amedica as Sintx, sold off old IP, and diversified Sintx direction.

Oh TA, if Sintx products were scams then the US military wouldnt be contracting with Sintx on the R&D front. Also there wouldnt be an independent scientific study showing all its medical uses. By all means, keep on lying.

Silicon Nitride, a Close to Ideal Ceramic Material for Medical Application

examples of their medical applications that relate to spinal, orthopedic and dental implants, bone grafts and scaffolds, platforms for intelligent synthetic neural circuits, antibacterial and antiviral particles and coatings, optical biosensors, and nano-photonic waveguides for sophisticated medical diagnostic devices are all covered in the research reviewed herein. The examples provided convincingly show that silicon nitride is destined to become a leader to replace titanium and other entrenched biomaterials in many fields of medicine.

I clarified my view concerning these types of fundraisers (as opposed to normal bank lending etc). I'm sure Maxim or Sint COULD put a stipulation out there for the hedge funds as to terms of shorting or when they can. In any event, it doesn't matter. This deal your boss has with Maxim is just about the worst I've seen anywhere. At least with Conv D's, some companies could control the inevitable for a while.
Are you a pumper? Yes. A pumper is an individual that focuses on positive information of a company and disregards the negatives. You always return to a few basic points....
So, in opposite fashion you can rightly call me a basher. I don't deny being one; just not one without cause. The company's been crapping on you guys for years and the ceo (like you) can't even admit there's a problem. So yes, I'm a basher of both Sint and Sonny: Sonny because he's a lousy public company ceo and Sint because they allow him to be one. As for me being TA, I'll be silent since by your own words you 'listen' but it's certainly obvious you can't or won't hear.

I’m sorry but holy fckn sht with your revisionist history. “Failed to give me a legit reason to sell” Mf we told you time and again company was running out of money and there was zero effing buyout coming. You stuck your fingers in your ears and said la la la la la la.

Nah dude you say the same things for years but you simply evolve the theories and move the goalposts. Everything that has been said since 2015 has and continues to be true. Painting yourself as some truthful martyr bs is fckin insane for the amount of people you had buying this stock based on your bs buyout, merger, reverse triangular merger (fckin LOL).

Sit down, stfu, and have some god damn humility for once in your life.
