Its funny that question asking if you were TAman was meant to be playful because that account has been going off about kickbacks lately. It was only because you claimed kickbacks i even jokingly asked that question. However your lack of denial and overly dramatic response coupled with a false outrage, suggests you are.

Are you a basher? Yes. A basher is an individual that focuses on negative information of a company and disregards the positives. You always return to a few basic points. Lack of management buys, stockprice, and insinuating corruption without providing any real evidence of it. Meanwhile you completely ignore the value being created. You acknowledge the increase in revenue but dont care that seems to have no affect on the stockprice. Youve claimed that Sintx mask was a scam because things fizzled out with O2 yet the product is still viable, being tested/improved, and free to commercialize with a different company. You completely ignore Sintx relationships with NP Aerospace and Zimmer Biomet. You completely ignore Sonny's 22 year relationship with Zimmer since he began as a surgeon consultant for them in 2002. You ignore that there has been someone connected to Zimmer, through its acquired subsidiary Centerpulse, in a leadership position of Sintx since the companies founding... Yes none of these things impact the stockprice, but they are all important for evaluating Sintx.
Madg completely downplayed Sintx using Zimmer Biomet IP in developing its hip implant but that means Zimmer Biomet is a stakeholder in Sintx. Madg also downplayed Zimmer Biomets hiring of Dr Saurabh Lal, a Si3N4 coating expert, in the development of anti-infective coatings. Zimmer hiring Dr Lal means its experimenting with Si3N4 coatings, which Sintx has the patents to. NoneyaBiz on ST has claimed repeatedly Sintx didnt have furnaces to make its products which is one of the best examples of using a truth to mislead. The fact remains it was Sintx armor business that suffered a malfunction of its furnace not the main business. So Sintx was able to continue making products. Why would Noneya need to use such deceptive methods? Why did FS15, an alias of an account still posting on Sintx board, try to convince me that Sintx was selling itself for pennies of its worth when i correctly said Sintx was gearing up to sell but incorrectly believed to ZImmer Biomet? You can see why i thought it was Zimmer Biomet whom i still expect to acquire Si3N4 IP at some point whether directly or not. Eli Lilly lack of acquiring Amylin but negotiating its acquisition by Bristol Myers via Carl Icahn showed me that these paths are not always straight.

In your previous post you wrote down a scenario where Maxim was the entity that was making money naked shorting from .25 to .15. As Maxim is the broker and not the buyer of the offering this makes no sense to layout. The buyers of the offering are the hedge funds and itd be the hedge funds that would have been naked shorting from as high as .50 to .15 and thus making that quick profit in 1-2 days. it'd be those same funds that would utilize" kickbacks" to compensate posters to bash Sintx. Whether you intended or not, by invoking Maxim in the scenario, it made it easier to paint a picture of corruption and kickbacks to Sonny. Again, its not Maxim, its the hedge funds.

Implex and Spinal Dynamics both with similar IP, but much smaller potential market scope, were acquired for 200-300m range over 20 years ago. Thus Sintx IP is worth at least that. Yet Sintx valuation before this offering was 1.5m while having 10-15m in stockholders equity. Nothing explains this disconnect of real world value and market valuation outside of naked shorting which artificially results in suppressed market valuations.

The way I understand it is naked shorting is the method used to dump shares to market using the offering to fill the naked short positions. I believe its how they circumvent the ownership restrictions.

The market impact of naked short selling

Short selling in general can create declines in a company's stock price, affecting its ability to raise capital.3 It can also affect the liquidity of the security. When a share isn't readily available, naked short selling gives you a shortcut; you can participate in the market even though you didn't borrow the share. This could create false liquidity readings, which could distort the share price.5

Market manipulation: Naked short selling could artificially depress stock prices, a form of market manipulation.

Financial risk: Naked shorting creates a dangerous environment for retail investors, as it allows the sale of nonexistent shares, giving the seller the power to depress particular share prices.

Its not that i dont listen, i do, i just dont trust the source. You all have manipulated, mislead, use truth to tell lies, and have an agenda which maybe as simple to aid those profiting from naked shorting. Why would i follow any of your advice? Certainly i could have reduced my losses had i traded a portion of this as Madg suggested, but it didnt happen that way. As you can see i heard what Madg suggested to do and i still remember. Atlanta told me to sell last year before the price dropped for no company related reasons. I didnt follow Atlantas advice but again i heard him. Maybe if Atlanta told me there was a larger plan afoot and thats why i should sell, i would have. But he failed to give me a legit reason to sell. There has been nothing negative going on with the company to explain its drop from February 2023 price to pre-offering price earlier this week; outside naked shorting.

1. The power of fear: Stock bashers often prey on investors' fears by highlighting potential risks or negative aspects of a company. By instilling doubt and uncertainty, they aim to create panic selling among shareholders, leading to a decrease in demand and ultimately a drop in stock price. For example, a basher might exaggerate the impact of a minor setback or focus solely on negative news while ignoring positive developments.

Silicon Nitride, a Close to Ideal Ceramic Material for Medical Application

examples of their medical applications that relate to spinal, orthopedic and dental implants, bone grafts and scaffolds, platforms for intelligent synthetic neural circuits, antibacterial and antiviral particles and coatings, optical biosensors, and nano-photonic waveguides for sophisticated medical diagnostic devices are all covered in the research reviewed herein. The examples provided convincingly show that silicon nitride is destined to become a leader to replace titanium and other entrenched biomaterials in many fields of medicine.

Could it be that there is a strategy to distract people away from looking at the basic data?
Is all this an exercise to create more and more forum verbiage to drown out any serious discussion of evidence?
