I clarified my view concerning these types of fundraisers (as opposed to normal bank lending etc). I'm sure Maxim or Sint COULD put a stipulation out there for the hedge funds as to terms of shorting or when they can. In any event, it doesn't matter. This deal your boss has with Maxim is just about the worst I've seen anywhere. At least with Conv D's, some companies could control the inevitable for a while.
Are you a pumper? Yes. A pumper is an individual that focuses on positive information of a company and disregards the negatives. You always return to a few basic points....
So, in opposite fashion you can rightly call me a basher. I don't deny being one; just not one without cause. The company's been crapping on you guys for years and the ceo (like you) can't even admit there's a problem. So yes, I'm a basher of both Sint and Sonny: Sonny because he's a lousy public company ceo and Sint because they allow him to be one. As for me being TA, I'll be silent since by your own words you 'listen' but it's certainly obvious you can't or won't hear.
