The point in funds buying the offering at .25 is because they naked short higher than .25 and then unleash the shares to cover their naked short positions below the strike price. My charts showing massive dilution but the offering hasnt closed? RS helps those funds increase their profits as they continue to naked short post RS. The way i understood it these funds get to take the loss from covering below strike plus make profits naked shorting above strike?

The point in regular investors buying 100 shares is so they have an opportunity to participate in potential Shareholder rights offerings. You have to own shares to participate. You only need 1 share to buy 1 unit so it doesnt require many shares to participate. $20 is better than $40 bucks but who really cares about 20 bucks? That said there maybe an opportunity to buy the 100 shares when such an offering is announced because often times the record date is in the future, but not always. Still Sintx is worth watching as the tech is worth a ton as shown by its potential markets including Musk's Neural implants...unless Musk doesnt care about potentially infecting his patients brains.
