Someone help me here and yes, it's difficult to resist. My understanding is this HASN'T been raised yet. As an investor, why would I buy shares at .25 with what has continually turned out to be empty bargains (warrants etc) when I can buy on the open market at a 40% discount? Don't think the mastermind can do it now at .25. We'll see.
