If Merck also installed similar freezers, I believe that is a big hint and that can be a key clue that Manufacturings of Dendritic Cells in the US are being prepared potentially by Merck.

Do you not understand that Merck has plenty of use for such freezers?

The concept that the largest (pre COVID) vaccine manufacturer in the world has no use for such equipment is friggen idiotic.

Sukus,

What about this two? The operational timing looks like something very interesting.

Amgen

US-based biotechnology company Amgen, will build a new biopharmaceutical product assembly and packaging facility in New Albany, Ohio, to support the rising demand for Amgen’s medicines in the US.

The facility’s construction began in November 2021 with an estimated investment of $365m. The facility is expected to be operational by June 2024, creating up to 400 full-time jobs upon completion.

Amplifybio

Phase 1 of the 350,000-square-foot manufacturing facility will open in the first quarter of 2024. It will include standalone B- and C-grade suites that can be configured to accommodate any modality and simultaneously produce multiple lots. The manufacturing suites are complemented by quality, process development, and expansive analytics laboratories staffed by experts at AmplifyBio to ensure that clients have access to a development “sandbox” of assay platforms, technologies, and expertise anchored in experienced GMP quality assurance and facility management.

sukus,

As a matter of fact, the freezer facilities at Merck are not the reason that makes believe the potential partnership. There are two main things that are really interesting to me.

First, it was the back and forth contacts between Merck and Timothy Cloughesy after BMY got the combo trial and was ready to start the trial. Then after the last contact with Timothy Cloughesy in March 2021, there was no other contact at least until the end of 2023.

Second, Merck struck the deal with Daiichi claiming it was because of Daiichi's ADCs. Did you check the depth and breadth of the collaboration between Merck and Seagn? Take a look at the data on ADCs from the Seagen's trials and make a comparison with the ones from Daiichi. You will know Merck's true motive.

They are being used by other companies who are paying Advent even though NWBO shareholders paid for them.

PepGen is just one example

Mesobank is another.

You know who else has big freezers? Baskin Robbins. Guess those are all for DCVax too.
