The JV in fact required Xeriant to establish and provide an industrial-scale production method for NEXBOARD. Xeriant also stated it was doing it, not Movychem, nor Xeriant reliant upon Movychem to establish and provide an industrial-scale production method for NEXBOARD. Fact!
