You're doing your best to create fear and confusion. Usually, you are a legal expert and now you would have us believe that you are an MHRA regulatory expert. I have researched the number of companies that have PR'd MHRA confirmation/acceptance in the last 5 years and was able to determine that of all the MHRA applications that were filed, only 2 decided to issue a PR !!!
Again, what does all this have to do with approval???? If the MHRA had refused to confirm or accept the MAA, that would be a material event. Did you hear that that was the case when the company filed the MAA??? NO!!! So, the message here is that the MAA has been filed and the world received that message in a PR on Dec. 21st, 2023.
