You make some points worthy of consideration there, but it’s also noteworthy that Suburu is within 10% of accident rate of Tesla. Can’t think of any reason why Suburus crash so much. It may just be the demographic of drivers, maybe just for certain models. I know the Dept of Justice investigation into FSD related crashes resulted in the NHTSA reviewing almost 1000 crashes where autopilot was engaged. They came up with nothing im aware of during the investigation.
