That's absolute hogwash! If endpoints weren't all met they wouldn't continue to stand behind their claims after a year.
FUDsters choose to ignore that ORs are also valid methods to analyze data and were included in the SAP.

They should have just said during the presentation something like "we just received the data and need more time to analyze"... is that really so hard? One of the CEO's main roles is to COMMUNICATE. Missling with all of his decorated degrees and experience is unbelievably awful when it comes to this. He is constantly overpromising / underdelivering and never seems to learn.

If it turns out endpoints weren't met now they are really screwed as they've doubled down on it several times since. Stalling is only going to delay the inevitable so might as well disclose sooner than later if that's the case.
