This may have been a brilliant move by Smith. The scrotus, even the paid guys may not want to be stuck making a decision that will haunt them for the rest of their lives because to pass it would give precedence any president or other political figure to do what ever they want once in... like getting a putin in office.
Even though most on the bench probably would prefer that, it doesn't look like they want this burden. And now it looks like state repulsecan party will be running to the scrotus as soon as the those ballot blockers start passing. They're going to be busy in January.
Just wondering now if the scrotus can turn everything down including Smith at this point.
I think you're right it will possibly wipe all the lower courts who sought to keep asshole on the ballot, but the decision could stop any other appeals in their tracks as an appeal would be pointless.
My opinion is the amendment is the only way to stop this criminal from running because not a single repulsecan still in congress has a spine, they've already cut off their balls to stand up to their party and support democracy.
