I mean, Gorsuch will probably turn into a sniveling hypocrite and reject his own argument, but it's a nice touch from his former stomping grounds.
Guess is SCOTUS will reject Trump's immunity bid. That has to be. And somehow avoid making a firm decision on the ballot question. Leave that either to the states or Congress.
