If the SCOTUS takes the appeal then their decision, I believe, will be binding on the other states suing for the same reasons. Roberts has his work cut out for him with this appeal and Trump's other appeal RE the 1/6 case.

Put these word in the mouth of whichever liberal SCOTUS member you choose.

'John, we really stepped in it with the Dobbs case judgement. Did you enjoy the non-Red Wave in '22? How about the state votes against abortion restrictions?
