WRONG. You are not a share holder in DWAC. Otherwise, you would have received the notification. The annual 2023 meeting is on 12/19/2023, and a message went out to all share holders to vote by 12/18/2023. It also says you can vote during the annual meeting, however, it is recommended that shareholders should vote by December 18th to ensure their votes are counted.

Since you are not voting, nor have the right to do so, nor received the proper instructions, or can log into the proxy vote portal, you aren't privy to this information.

All the information I posted came from the source and specifically states to vote by 12/18/2023 by 11:59PM EST.

This is wrong. You vote online Tuesday Dec 19th at 10 am but best to vote a few minutes earlier.
