Where does that say deadline, or deadline 11:59 am. Just says vote by Dec 18th. does not say it's a deadline.

The source is DWAC. They sent it out to all registered share holders.

and it said when you received it, the voting deadline was 1 day, 6 hrs., 7 minutes left. LOL
