Unfortunately you were unformed your vote had to be in by tomorrow Dec 18th by 11:59 est.

This is wrong. You vote online Tuesday Dec 19th at 10 am but best to vote a few minutes earlier.

The correct information was posted below after I noticed it was posted in error several times.
